Clients possibly affected by the SJPD and PAPD faulty breathalyzers (Alco-Sensor V)

This situation only pertains to people who were arrested and given a PAS test with an Alco-Sensor V by the San Jose Police Department between November 2010 and April 2011, or by the Palo Alto Police Department between February 2010 and December 2010.
